As you're aware, our standard turnaround time for orders is 30 business days from your date of order. Unfortunately, due to the impacts of COVID-19, the recent flooding in South-East Queensland and staff shortages at the local factory we partner with they have been heavily impacted regarding production capacity.
We're working through the backlog of orders with our Queensland factory, and they expect to ship overdue orders on or before Friday 10th June, with a large batch due out end of this week. We are also aware of ongoing delivery delays with Australia Post whose network has also been heavily impacted during this time as well.
Those customers currently experiencing delays of longer than 20 Business days from dispatch please be advised we are working with AusPost to track down your deliveries and in some cases remaking orders that have been deemed lost in transit.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay and hope you can understand this is a very challenging time for our business.
