All First Ever Teamwear items are made to order in approximately 6 weeks.
Once your order is placed, it is automatically scheduled in to be produced and shipped within 6 weeks of your order date.
As our process is automated, we may not be able to accept cancellations or changes to your order if more than 24 hours has passed since you placed it.
- Please ensure all details including PLAYER NUMBERS are correct as we cannot remake orders due to errors in details submitted.
- If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately after ordering or we may not be able to cancel or amend your order.
Standard Shipping (Domestic)
- Once your order is made within the 6 week time frame, it will ship out with Australia Post.
- It can take anywhere from 3-10 days to reach you from our Gold Coast factory.
- Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames, but your tracking will keep you updated.
Change Of Mind Or Size Returns
All First Ever Teamwear products are made to order and cannot be refunded or returned due to change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, incorrect colours ordered, or any errors in information submitted to us.
Faulty Product Returns
Please contact us regarding Faulty Product Returns as we offer free prepaid shipping back to us. We cannot refund shipping costs paid by you if you send back your Faulty item without contacting us first.
We aim to provide you with Products of the highest standard and quality.If you have further queries please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.
Once determined the return is in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will, at your request,
- refund the Price of the Product returned to your original payment method;
- exchange the Product for another size.
If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.
